Cancellation Policy:

 

All job client can cancel 1 hour before pickup time with $10.00 processing fee if not you will be charge full amount of trip. SUV and , Van client can cancel 48 hours before pickup time with $20.00 processing fee if you cancel after 48 hours,

 

How will I Know when my car hs arrived and who is my Driver?

  • Your driver will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

What sorts of vehicles may I expect?

All of our cars are Lincoln Town Cars - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 3 passengers plus their luggage. For sight seeing or other than airport transit, the SUV can accommodate up to 6 passengers. Mini Vans - accommodate up to 4 passengers and up to 6 suitcases.

What if i'm unable to be on time (NO SHOW)?



ALL no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must: 1. Call tol

617 947-2191 that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.or email in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

 

 

Airport Pick Up Procedures.


Our Service MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, We have established the following pick up procedures:

 

 

Terminal A

Our driver will meet you on the Lower level at the limo Stand most curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window

Terminal B1 , B2, C

Our driver will meet you on the Upper level at the limo Stand most curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window. You Must call us Before coming out of terminal, at 617 947-2191 Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.

Terminal E

Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.on passenger window. Please call our toll free number if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our 24-hour operators can modify your reservation. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call our toll free number so that our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him where you are

Agreement & Liability

Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our Taxi. Client agrees that the passengers capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.  In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds cab service harmless and not liable for nay personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Taxi job client can cancel 1 hours before pickup time ..Newton MetroCab cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job as it is schedule time or complete a job.
